Return Policy

For unboxed products

Any purchased and unboxed products may be returned to our shop within 7 working days from the date of purchase along with the purchase receipt. The full amount depticted on the receipt will be refunded

For new unboxed products

Refunds for unboxed products are not available.

For defective products

Any defective item will be inspected by our technical team free of charge. Any products deemed defective and fall within the Manufacturer's warranty's terms will be Returned to the Manufacturer and the returned product will be available at our shop for pick up. For any other arrangements e.g. home delivery all expences will be covered by the customer. Techzone may repair products that do not fall within the Manufacturer's warranty's terms. Before proceeding on doing so, the Customer will be notfied and a cost estimate will be provided.

For defective produts covered by the Manufacturer's warranty but are discontinued or not in stock

For these products the Manufacturer's terms apply. These terms may differ depending on the Manufacturer
